Option 1

Do the entire 200 hour training (6) Thurs-Mon sessions and become a powerful teacher that can get hired anywhere in the world to teach.

Option 2

Do 100 hours over (4) weekends starting 6/6/24 and finish next year with another 100hrs over 4 weekends.

Option 3

Do a standalone session 6/6-6/10 or 6/13-6/17 for 35hrs of continuing education for Yoga Alliance certification.
