Every Sunday, Yoga Brunch will start at 10am with a slow paced, restorative class, I’m calling it METTA YOGA CHILL. It’s a delightful mix of restorative, Yin, super slow paced Vinyasa, with Pranayama breathing exercises and meditation. I’ve combined the best of what I’ve gathered in my daily practice, studies, and travels accumulating Yoga and spirituality knowledge. It’s all my favorite things I do in my personal practice that don’t quite fit into, or we don’t have the time to fully explore in the Vinyasa class. Now I’ll get to share it with you. YOGA SHAPESHIFTING at 11am. This brand new system of Yoga is a universal healing modality for your body and mind. It has helped me so much, and is in large part why I feel the most healthy and strong I ever have. Our teacher, Mary Jarvis developed it to heal her spine and get out of pain after a very serious car accident, and since it has been used by folks for similar reasons or to optimize their physical health and capabilities. It’s for everyone. And I really love it.

I’m encouraging all those to attend to bring something tasty and / or healthy to share. I’ll provide either a fruit salad, green salad, smoothie, eggs, and coffee and tea and plenty of water.
